To achieve its vision of becoming the industry's most effective field force, our UK Sales Operation has adopted a strategy that aligns the field force to the changed structure of our key customers – in particular the Primary Care Trusts who are now the main drivers of UK health services.

The new structure means that we now have in place sales teams in primary and secondary care, with territories and districts fully aligned to the PCT boundaries. This has enabled the teams to be much better placed in providing an optimal level of contact and service, delivering better, more focused customer effectiveness.
